What counts as a "sale"?
A sale is any order that closes on StockX, Alias, or Kickscrew and is synced through SoleSync. Listings, repricing events, and cancelled orders don't count.
When does billing kick in?
Your first 10 sales every calendar month are completely free. After that, each additional sale is $1.00, charged at the end of the month.
Is there a contract or commitment?
None. There's no monthly fee, no minimum, and no lock-in. If you have a slow month, you pay nothing.
How do you handle platform fees?
SoleSync's fee is separate from whatever StockX, Alias, or Kickscrew charge. Our auto-pricing engine accounts for platform fees when calculating your floor price.
What if I have a high-volume month?
You pay $1 per sale, no caps, no tiers. The more you sell, the more SoleSync earns with you — not against you.
